Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days during business hours. Once your order is shipped you will be notified via email with a tracking number. Delivery times will vary depending upon the distance traveled and time of year.

• United States Postal Service Priority (USPS) (Also available for P.O. Boxes)
  You will normally receive your order within 3-5 business days. There are certain times of the year, especially during peak season between November and January, where there may be slight delays. Please review the USPS.com website for further information on any delays they may be experiencing. Earthly Garden is not responsible for any USPS shipping delays.

• United States Postal Service First Class Package International (USPS) (NOT available for P.O. Boxes)
  You will normally receive your order within 6-20 business days. There are certain times of the year, especially during peak season between November and January, where there may be slight delays. Please review the USPS.com website for further information on any delays they may be experiencing. Earthly Garden is not responsible for any USPS shipping delays.

Shipping Rules and Restrictions

If we experience higher order volume, there may be delays in shipment. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Please make sure to allow for a 1-2 day processing time when placing your order (see above table for details).

Earthlygarden.co is only able to ship to one shipping address per order. If you'd like to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each unique address.

ALASKA, HAWAII, & ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS

We DO NOT currently ship to these specified destinations. 

P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES

Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO addresses, but some restrictions apply. Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service Priority (USPS) shipping method. UPS Ground shipping is not available.

INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS

Earthly Garden products are intended for end use in the United States. Products sold for end use in the U.S. are not labeled for international distribution. Earthly Garden strictly prohibits the shipping of our product to any location outside the United States. Earthly Garden reserves the right to cancel or modify any order.

Order Confirmation Email

When your order is received, we will send you an email confirming your order.

Tracking your Shipment

All packages sent via USPS will have a tracking number assigned and a tracking email will be sent once shipped. Once you receive your tracking number you may track it here.
